Polo came into Durand wanting to make a statement, and they did just that as the Marcos rolled through the Bulldogs 45-6. Tristen Aguilar carried the Marcos with 4 TD runs of 53, 1, 2, and 69 yards. Reid Taylor double dipped on the night with TD runs of 1 and 25 yards. Justin Young added a 6 yard TD run for the Marcos.
Down 45-0 in the 4th quarter, Durand's Easton Demus finally found the end zone on a yard run.
Polo improves to 2-0 on the season. Durand drops to 0-2 to begin the season.
